The 2nd Annual Score 1 for Mental Health Floor Hockey Tournament

Four on the floor to score! Score 1 for Mental Health is back!
This second annual fundraising event held by the Phoenix Centre for Children and Families features: a fun and friendly floor hockey tournament for kids and youth, a silent auction, a BBQ, better than ever raffle prizes, and crazy fun activities for the whole family!
Proceeds will support The Phoenix Centre's 24/7 crisis line and other great mental health initiatives, helping children and youth throughout Renfrew County.

Walk In Counselling (Open to the Public)

In need of parenting resources? Feeling sad or depressed?
Worried about school or home? Frustrated or angry?
concerned about alcohol, drugs, or gambling?
Need someone to talk to immediately?
We can help!  We provide a one hour counselling session that suits your needs and that can help make things better!
When: Pembroke - Every Tuesday from 2 p.m. - 7 p.m.
           Renfrew - Every Thursday from 2 p.m. - 7 p.m.
           Petawawa - 1st and 3rd Wednesday from 2 p.m. - 7 p.m. 
           Arnprior - 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month from 2 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Created by experts in prenatal education, child development and parenting, and administered by The Phoenix Centre, is an online series of prenatal and parenting classes for busy expectant and new parents. The program takes parents through the prenatal stages of pregnancy and through the first year of your baby’s life. Parents can obtain support from an online parent educator, our panel of experts or by connecting with other parents online!
